The Influence of Gender, Education Level and Loyalty on the Performance of Employees of Pt. Harli Dunia Indah

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Gender, Education Level, and Loyalty on Employee Performance of PT. Harli Dunia Indah. This study used quantitative descriptive methods by obtaining data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population in this study is the mihane division of PT. Harli Dunia Indah. The population and sample taken were 76 employees, data analysis techniques using statistical applications in the form of SPSS 25. The result of the descriptive analysis is that all variables have a very high average value, then the study has a significant influence between independent variables on the dependent variable the significant value for the gender variable is 0.000 where 0.000 < 0.05 means that the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted, thenthe conclusionis that gender has a significant influence on employee performance. The variable level of education has a significant value of 0.000 where 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted then the conclusion is that the level of education has a significant influence on employee performance, for the loyalty variable has a significant value of 0.000 where 0.000 < 0.05 means that the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted then the conclusion is that loyalty has a significant influence on employee performance.
