Abstract
PT. Indoneptune Net Manufacturing is one of the companies engaged in the manufacturing industry of fishing nets or nets, where the resulting performance has decreased or has not yet reached the target. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence, Work Discipline, and Workload on Employee Performance in the Netting (Production) department of PT. Indoneptune Net Manufacturing in Bandung. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods by obtaining data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population in this study is the Netting (Production) department of PT. Indoneptune Net Manufacturing in Bandung
