The objective of this research is to investigate, examine, analyze, and deeply understand the implementation of management functions in Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren), the factors hindering the implementation of management functions in Pondok Pesantren, and the solutions to overcome these barriers in achieving the goals of Pondok Pesantren YPI Annur and Pondok Pesantren Nurul Anwar Garut. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-holistic method and a case study analysis.
