In this paper, copper oxide nanoparticles were prepared through Q-switched Nd:YAG laser ablation. The ablation process was carried out on a copper pellet that was submerged in double-distilled water. The ablation was performed at two different energy levels, specifically 200 mJ and 400 mJ, and with varying numbers of pulses ranging from 100 to 500 by step 100.
