Abstract
A very accurate, fast and simple method for separating and determine pharmaceutical compounds sulfamethoxazole (Sulfa), trimethoprim (Tri), and metacalpermide hydrochloride (Meta). The separation process was performed by HPLC on a C18 stationary phase column. The method was developed and validated.
