Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a prevalent endocrine disorder with a vital genetic component and is characterized by polycystic ovaries, hyperandrogenemia, and menstrual irregularity. Methods: A case-control study includes 50 PCOS-affected women and 50 healthy women as a control group.
