The background of this research was that it was found that there was no preparation of a woodworking vocational program for mild mentally retarded children in class X at SLB BC YPLAB Cibaduyut. The aim of the research is to direct children with mild mental retardation to one or more types of work so that they can be applied in the world of work (home industry) so that children can have the opportunity to work. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, FGD and validation.
