Equity in the health sector is very integral to the existence of national equity in development in the health sector, in which equity activities can improve people's lives through optimal health insurance as mandated in the preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which hereinafter referred to as the 1945 Constitution, which has stated that every Indonesian has the right to a decent life both physically and mentally and has a right to be able to receive maximum health services.
