Abstract

Background: 
Antibiotics are among the most commonly prescribed drugs in healthcare settings, but their inappropriate use contributes significantly to the rise of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Monitoring antibiotic utilization patterns in tertiary care hospitals is essential to identify 
prescribing trends and inform strategies to promote rational use of antibiotics.
