Background Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) has revolutionized emergency medicine by providing real-time, bedside imaging, enabling rapid diagnosis and treatment of life-threatening conditions such as trauma, cardiac emergencies, pulmonary disorders, and acute abdominal pathologies. Conventional imaging methods like X-ray and CT scan, though valuable, are time consuming and may delay critical interventions.
