Background: Pleomorphic adenomas are benign neoplasms of salivary gland origin, most frequently affecting the parotid gland. They are histologically diverse, exhibiting both epithelial and mesenchymal elements, whichexplains their “pleomorphic” nature. These tumors show a female predominance
