Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure in the South Tangerang area are not entirely in a good position so it is necessary to make improvements and be creative in activities. Based on the 2019 South Tangerang City High School Accreditation Achievement data, that facilities and infrastructure obtained a score of 85.78% and is the lowest standard achievement, this study aims to uncover, find, describe, and analyze the dominant factors that color through management Educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning in SMA Kota Tangerang Selatan. This study used a qualitative approach with the case study method and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the 2019 South Tangerang City High School Accreditation Achievement data, that facilities and infrastructure obtained a score of 85.78% and is the lowest standard achievement, so it needs the most serious attention. research results show that Planning refers to the Vision, Mission, Objectives and Strategy. the process of establishing/planning standards for the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, starting from setting/planning standards, implementation of standards, evaluation/monitoring of implementation of standards, internal control/audit of implementation of standards, and improvement/reporting of standards through formulation of corrections, quality improvement and establishment of new standards. the implementation of evaluation and monitoring is carried out through the process of preparing an implementation plan and schedule, determining the implementation plan and schedule, sending the implementation plan and schedule to all related work units. the action of managing facilities and infrastructure as a whole shows the right direction because schools believe that there is or is not a program for managing facilities and infrastructure that must be completed to improve the quality of learning. obstacles among them Administrative, organizational and psychological management of educational facilities and infrastructure. while the solution has been found by the school.
