Histopathological and immunological study of Eimeria spp and Eschrichichia coli infections in some animals

Abstract

The aim of the study was to diagnose the disease and study the pathogenesis using blood, immunological and histological tests of Iraqi sheep infected with E. coli and Eimeria spp. parasite in Karbala province, the study was conducted in the laboratory to diagnose the pathological condition sheep suffer from fetal mortality and wasting After diagnosis, the pathogenesis of the disease caused by infection with Eimeria spp parasite and Escherichia coli it studied immunological study to know the severity of the illness and histology of the most important tissue organs affected, as the results showed that there was a decrease in the level of hemoglobin and an increase in the level of C-reactive protein indicate the presence acute phase. The results confirmed the histopathological findings of the intestine and liver, with congestion, apparent infiltration of inflammatory cells, and tissue laceration.
