Abstract

Sepsis is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality in hospitalized patients. Early recognition and intervention, particularly timely fluid resuscitation and antibiotic administration, have been shown to improve patient outcomes. This retrospective study evaluates 
the effectiveness of early management and fluid therapy in sepsis patients admitted to Rama Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Kanpur, from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024
